Accounts include a monthly AI credit allowance for server-side AI study tools. If credits run out, AI features pause until credits reset or AutoNote support updates your account.

Account Deletion
You can delete your AutoNote account in the app. Contact support if you need help with account access, deletion, or privacy requests.
Report Abuse
Report offensive content, abusive users, copyright concerns, spam, threats, or safety issues at support@autonote.tech. Include screenshots, usernames, links, and a short description.
Google Drive Import
Drive import works with supported shared Drive files or folders. Make sure the link is accessible and points to a PDF, .note, .ntb, or supported lecture file.
Bug Reports
For bugs, send your device model, iOS version, AutoNote version, what you were doing, and any screenshots or screen recordings that show the issue.
